Covid-19

The workshop is planned as an in-person conference and the organizers commit to providing a safe environment for conference attendees.

Although it is too early to predict the evolution of the pandemic, we will follow recommendations from the french government. We will update this website and notify our community as soon as we determine whether we need to adjust health protocols or plans for the conference.

Vaccination Requirement

All participants will be required to be fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to the start of the meeting. You will be asked for proof of vaccination. Proof of vaccination is your vaccination card from the healthcare provider.

Mask Requirement

We will adjust depending on the situation in september and follow french government instructions. 

Please do not travel to or attend the conference if you are sick, have been exposed to anyone with a documented or suspected case of COVID-19 within 10 days, or exhibit any symptoms of covid-19.
